Adult Faith Formation

This Lent, discover new approaches to prayer and deepen your understanding of its role in our lives as Catholics. Every Thursday during Lent (7-8:30pm at St. E's) we will discuss the text Our Catholic Life: Praying our Way Through Life by Bill Huebsch. You are welcome to participate in all or any sessions as you can. Books are available for $5 after masses and at the discussion groups. If you are currently part of a small faith group, this text would be a great resource for your group, too! Contact Beth (beth@stelizabethdenver.org) for more information.

Adult Faith Formation

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of Adult Faith Formation opportunities.   Please read about our programming below and check our calendar for current offerings.  If you would like to participate, or if you have questions about or suggestions for any of the programs detailed below, please contact Anne Gaspers: beth@stelizabethdenver.org .

Annual Parish Retreat was a great success! Thank you to all of our participants!

Faith and Film Nights

Join us for a Faith and Film discussion! We are mixing it up, so please see details below for specific dates and times.  Wednesday films are preceded by a Potluck dinner at 6pm, movie flickers by 6:45pm.  Sunday films flicker at 4pm.  All films are followed by a short faith-based discussion of relevant themes.

Just Matters

Join an evolving study group based on Catholic Social Teaching.

JustFaith is currently offering some exciting new shortened programs.  We are encouraging parishioners to host a "Gather and Go" session. This is a two hour session that explores one of two themes: Taking Mercy to Heart, Taking Care of our Common Home. It is a beautiful way to connect with fellow parishioners on a deeper spiritual level. Please go to http://justfaith.org/get-involved/pathways/ for more information.

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups are small communities of faith that organized in different residential pockets around the Denver Metro area. Many of these groups utilize The Restoration Project as a guiding text. It is based on Benedictine principles - principles discerned in a time past to form and inform disciples of today. Groups meet on a regular basis to pray, study, discuss and for fellowship. If you are interested in joining one of these groups, please contact Beth Brin.
